An excerpt from “Mah’s Joint” by Jon Bellion. A song with a meaningful message that represents an old grandmother who slowly develops Alzheimer’s and loses her memories. The rest of song represents the memories throughout her life, and ends with a New Orleans style section that represents a celebration of life after her passing. Recorded in 2020 for a virtual voice jury.
